I have this same anxiety, coil overs is not an option for me as they cost so much.

Any of you guys looked into getting front bumper canards?
I really like the look of them, but conscious of drilling holes into my bumper and any potential aerodynamic drawbacks. I feel like they need to be coupled with a lip diffuser, too, for dat aesthetic awesomeness.
    Thoughts, guys?
(FYI, the two fins at the bottom is what I'm talking about

Quite hard for your shocks to blow if it's only a mild drop. If it's >2inches, even then would take a while for the shocks to blow
    I don't even know anymore.

    Hi guys,

Does lowered springs with stock shocks make the civic handles better or worse ? Will the ride be really uncomfortable if im running 215/45/17 tyres ? Is Eibach pro better than King springs ?

    Coilovers > Springs

    If you're concerned about comfort.

Im running 215/45/17 with king springs w/ stock shocks and the ride is quite bouncy, its not stiff but yes less comfortable than stock, handles maybe slightly better

I always thought coilovers were more uncomfortable.

it should handle better (lower centre of gravity), but quantifying it will be each to their own
