Rear main seal, get a new clutch and flywheel fitted also I'd also recommend installing a new sump gasket as its easy to do when the rest of the area is visible

Can teach you to plastic weld, mine gets bumped into yearly from people who neglect to remove their tow bars and leave notes, easy skill to learn

On the QLD deptartment of transport there's a rather large series of chapters (900 odd pages) of how to modify light vehicles, worth a read as most of it crosses over and is relavant in general...

1) Im aware that b18c7 or b18c would fit straight into a EK1 with along side me getting EK4 wiring harness, b18c/c7 ECU, B series shafts and B series linkage. Is this correct? the shafts and linkage...

does your b18c come with a harness already?

as you'll require two plugs off it

I modifed an EJ8 vti manual engine harness which worked a treat as it plugs and plays

few minor tweaks but it does work

swap with ac relay (same size), worked for me, ended up paying Honda for a geniune relay as the parts store couldn't match it

drove it all the way back from Rockhampton to Brisbane for the long weekend on a tank of fuel, good consumption I wasn't expecting with the B18CR whilst sitting on 3500rpm at 100kph

remove shafts, rebuild with new parts, a lot easier than stuffing around
prob set you back 300 at the very most
