This is caused by putting window lifters. New hondas 02' upwards all have this saftey feature so you wont choke yourself to death if you have your head outside the window and accidentley hitting auto...

The ecu is fused.. if any one of your sensors might be gone... check crank angle sensor.. when that plays up sometimes cant start.
If you think its the Dizzy.. Take it out and head down to Hannys!...

YEs i found that out myself tooo.. I had my car running at 7psi and now running 10psi... Still having the same power after two different tunes?? I guess i should of told the tuner i wanted a specific...

Its all about throttle control.... So make sure you wearr the right shoes... otherwise you might lose the race!!

Adding another resinator will help... U will notice a deeper throatier sound... rather than a high pitched farty sound thats loud and irritating...

MAybe you should get better tyres, make it stick to the road, then definaly you will notice clutch slip.....

DId you just get new tyres put on?? If you did somtimes it could be a tiny rock or something in the tyre itself spinning around... Happened to me and couldnt figure out wher it was coming from..

Try directly jumping it from the battery... Connect another wire to the solnoid make sure its a decent size and tape it directly to the battery... see if that turns the motor....

Either go with the ITR muff... or look for a tri flow muffler... still adequate flow without the noise..... But the itr still will be more quiet....
