    all these names...

    I feel embarassed to ask this but what do all these civic models mean , i own a 1996 ek civic , but what does ek4 mean , ek9 , ek1 , oem... can someone please give me a quick run down.

    Basically the EKx is the chasis code of the car... like an id. EGx is the chasis code for civics from 92-95, DCx is for the Integra (DC5 is current model, DC2 is previous model) etc etc...
