    Accelerator Pedal Problem

Havent driven my car for a whole day during the rain yesterday, and this morning I drove it. I realised the pedal (accelerator) is very hard to press on.

    Very hard to explain.

But when I reverse slowly, seems something is blocking it, or very sticky. So I push harder and it would rev to 2-3rpm.

Pedal is fine after normal driving, just when I stop and accelerate the pedal seems very hard to push in.

Sorry cant explain clearly, it's so freaken hard to drive too

the butterfly in the throttle body might be stuck.
use the lever on the throttle body, and manually try to open the butterfly, if it seems like it's getting stuck, just some carby cleaner.
    try that.
also make sure there ain't any kinks on your cable.
