Does anyone know if exhaust change voids engine warranty or is it a seperate part?

just a catback should not void engines warranty as its just an outlet and almost impossible to cause an engine to fail.
intakes on the other hand will void engine warranty.

a) a bumpy ride
b) high potential for bent rims
c) rotor/gear problems
d) bearings to become wrecked
even with coilovers one would still have the problem of at least c and d?
no, they are 19" but u can put 20" on fd1 for sure.
a) about bumpy ride, it not 100% depends on the rims, depends on ur spring as well
b) bent rims, depends on the offset of the rims
c) rotor/gear problem, have no idea with this one lol, but i dont think so
d) bearings, possible, but like "Phlirt" said, its a risk that i take

a) a bumpy ride *YES, BUT CAN BE MINIMIZE BY CHANGE THE SPRING & SHOCK ABSORBER
b) high potential for bent rims * HMM, YES, IF YOU RUN A HOLE WHILE DRIVING 150 KMH
c) rotor/gear problems *ACTUALLY, BIGGER ROTOR NEED BIGGER RIMS TO CLEAR, BUT STOCK ROTOR WOULD BE FINE WITH BIGGER RIMS
d) bearings to become wrecked *EVERY MODS HAVE CONSEQUENCES
even with coilovers one would still have the problem of at least c and d?[/QUOTE]

Has anyone tried grounding the throttle body to the battery's neg terminal on their FD1? Few guys I know have done this on their Mazda3 and apparently it has improved their throttle response slightly. Any truth in this or just BS?

Hmm... I wonder if that improves throttle response on drive by wire. I'm inclined to think the throttle delay is more artificially imposed (at least in the auto).

Guys quick question about civic FD fog lights..whats the different between oem from Ebay and original Honda? Honda's incorporate the switch on light switch "stick", does oem one's similar? or switch on your dashboard? which is eww.
