then a 2nd hand OBD1 ECU would be about $200
conversion harness another $200?
that already about $700 without tuning... hondata is only cheap if ur car is OBD1

if i were you i'd keep saving abit more and just buy a Power FC... its probably about $800 2nd hand with the hand controller..

but then it all depends on ur tuner and which he is most comfortable with
