dude, you're not supposed to touch the tranny after a drive, of coz its gonna be hot
anyway, i guess the manufacturer has spent millions of dollars designing and testing their CVT box to handle high temps, as they have already took into consideration that ppl will be doing "spirited" driving with their CVT, so i think unless your engine output has been remarkably increased, im pretty sure the tranny can handle it. for stock or lightly modified engines, regular attention to the cooling system is sufficient.
