I would stop giving out advice that costs money... What he should do is drive his ass to my place when ive finished work so i can have a look @ it

That way we can determine whether its a cap, or a thermo or a head gasket (which i really doubt) or air bubbles (most probable)

    O rly?

Weq has some good advice you can take on board, try doing that before you do anything, wont take long and at least then you may be able to rule out a few things.

have some arp headstuds installed in place of oem headbolts... and you may want to have the tune on the ecu looked over(assuming you're using a tuned ecu)... generally a blown headgasket on a turbo motor is a result of a tuning problem

Headgasket for sure. Easy test, Drain overflow tank to very low. Hit fullbost a couple of times, pull over. Take overflow tank cap off and smell, observe mixture. My guess is u will see black particles and the smell is very exhausty.

Just because u do an aprenticeship, doesnt mean u are knowledgable about cars. If i was u, i would stick to oil changes and thank your lucky stars most honda's are over-enegineered that u can get awya for 15yrs in the business and still not know the difference between a camshaft and a crankshaft.

    Sorry to hear dude.

You'll be looking at around $800-1000 at mechanic shops/garages. If doing it youself which i don't recommend $200 max.

Don't think you can strengten it mayb replce it with a honda headgasket ?
