I am not sure how any plastic wheel cover on a steel wheel can look better than most alloys, but as you say, each to their own.

Just off to pick it up now, it also had its tinting done today. Saved a couple hundred on tinting by not getting it dealer fitted. The same place who does it for Honda is doing it for me but as I am going direct their is no Honda price mark up.

I think for a 15 they look pretty good. Yeah 17's would be nice but as I said , on a limited budget. What does everyone else think?

Sorry i didnt know u had the wheel covers, i didnt realise you had the vti, i jumped into the conversation 1.2way throu, (teach me not to butt in i guess), cos yeh plastic covers are crap. looks pretty good, should be way better then the wheel covers.

I got dealer tint, as a friend also did the same thing and got tint afterwards, and then found a massive scatch, tint place said it was there and tinting emphasises scratches and dealer blamed the tint guys. i dont want that hassle.

No worries, I actually like the VTI-L wheels but Honda quoted me $350 a rim, I dont think so at that proce.

Yeah I had a very detailed look at the tinting before paying for it just to make sure all was ok. My previous car was done with the same company and it was great, so I am not worried about it too much.

for 350 a rim you could get a decent set of 16's with tyres, so yeh i would go against it to.

Looks good. I understand about not wanting to get new tyres (if you went a bigger size). Tyres can be pricey. Silver color on the civic looks nice.

btw, whats with the rope and pegs in the front yard?

I have sectioned off a particular piece of lawn as I am trying to get it to grow, when family and friends come over they have a tendancy to turn around on the grass and it is killing it cos its so dry (water restrictions) so now they cant get on the grass now as well cos of the stakes and rope.
