you can minimise that but not remove it without a respray.

To minimise it get these products.
    1. Poorboys SSr2.5 to remove swirls, and grind down the edges.
    2. Poorboys pro polish with carnuba blue, will fill some of the color back into it, so it wont be white. Then do the whole car
    3. Seal the paint with you favourite protectant or poorboys exp pro.

you have to order these items online, but they will do a good job of minimising it.

btw it may be best done with a random orbital polisher using a 6.5" pad, the smaller the pad size the better the cut

Random orbital polisher with a heavy cut pad and SSR3 won't even touch the egg damage. Those are chips in your clearcoat. Not just a swirl. If you can't fix it, it's either touchup paint and clay, or respray.

Looks like chips from the egg shell to me. No amount of compounding will fix that unless you are willing to cut down all the clear (which is not what you want to do anyway).

yes I agree it wont get rid of it, but it will fine the edges so the scratches wont be as visible.

Of course the filler will wear off over time and will need to be applied again.

Thanks for the pics. Now I know how bad an egg can do to your paintwork. Damage looks like the paint has been chipped, so I think the only way to go is to touch it up (if not respray)

    Ouch, i'd be spewing!

With the front guard you should be able to get away with just rubbing down the guard, flicking paint on the guard & clearing the guard. Make sure they clear the entire guard and just don't clear the painted section or you'll have ugly blend marks.

I don't think you would have to blend the door as by the pics the paint seems is good order with no oxidation.

The rear bar same thing, you don't need to paint the whole bar, same process as above.

Should cost around $300 for the bar i'd say and $300 for the guard

Lodge a claim through insurance if you like so if blending of pannels is required the insurance company will cover the cost of those blends if your excess is only $500. Just be happy that egg did not hit your quater panel!

Thanks for the comments guys, certainly is a pain in the A$$
the paints been chipped pretty deep, these pictures are after having tried different sorts of waxs etc, it was worse originally!
The damage thats in the pictures is quite a few months old now so i dont think anything will fix it looks like getting them resprayed is the only option!
may look into an insurance claim i'll get a few quotes on fixing it first

Definately annoyed to say the least, car was pretty new at the time it happened and it was only left unattended for about 10 minutes for this to happen!!

IF/when i get round to fixing it up i'll post up some pictures to show how it worked out!
    Bwwwwoooommmp
