With the front guard you should be able to get away with just rubbing down the guard, flicking paint on the guard & clearing the guard. Make sure they clear the entire guard and just don't clear the painted section or you'll have ugly blend marks.

I don't think you would have to blend the door as by the pics the paint seems is good order with no oxidation.

The rear bar same thing, you don't need to paint the whole bar, same process as above.

Should cost around $300 for the bar i'd say and $300 for the guard

Lodge a claim through insurance if you like so if blending of pannels is required the insurance company will cover the cost of those blends if your excess is only $500. Just be happy that egg did not hit your quater panel!
