its not hard at all, if you know what ur doing..

best engine to get for your EG is the Gen 2 B16A's OBD1

as this i will make your conversion like plug and play ..

the loom/plus are the same, except for minor extra soldering.

u can even use the P28/30 ecu from your current engine as this will have vtec wires ready.

best to get a half cut to ensure that you wont be running around for extra parts n shiet!

do a thorough search as there is alot of infos & DIY out there.

you'll run into a lot of issues trying to put your LS setup into an EG.

    2 main concerns:
    - Eg use Hydro Gearbox while LS uses Cable Gearbox
    - Wiring (you'll need to get someone to rewire your computer to suit the eg loom)

    correct ...

but depends on what g/box ur using on ur LS ... as you could of converted you LS to a hydro by using a hasport conversion...

but yes EG uses Hydro ..and if you g/box is still cable, then you have to get a hydro g/box ...im not sure if hasport makes cable to hydro ....g/box ...but definately they have a kit for hydro (being the tranny) to cable (being the car)

in regards to the loom, this will depend on the generation of the B16A u have, as i mentioned on my first thread ...

if you have the 1st GEN B16A then you will have to change the driver side engine loom and convert this to an OBD1.

you ECU is fine and can remain as it is ..as you will not use any of the passenger loom of the EG OBD1 - unless you are still using some of the loom in your LS - then you will need to re-wire your ECU to match the OBD1.

its not that hard if you know what your doing..
