Just a reminder for everyone to let us know if someone abuses the PQ points system. We take it seriously and you only have to abuse it twice in a 6 month period to get a short ban.

If i give someone a PQ point and im under 50 PQ points myself, the box for them is GREY and they dont receive any points.

But later if i exceed 50 PQ points therefor enabling me to actually hand out points.. do the ppl i gave a point to earlier receive a point? does their box turn GREEN?

or it only counts when im 50 PQ points or more?

when you get to 50, all points you give AFTER that time have effect.

it doesnt change points you have given out in the past.
