Started putting in the koni's today only got the rear shocks and springs in so far but the gap from tyre to guard is different on both sides with the drivers side being about 10mm lower than the passenger. Is this normal? Also on the front the gap is lower on the passenger side by 5-10mm just with the pedders springs. Are the accord's made like this or is there something wrong?
Cheers.
Sounds like your pedders springs have been sagging, somthing they will do unevenly .
As you mentioned just wait a few days and see if the even out at all.
I've got the eibach springs on now i'm thinking that the new springs are still settling in. I measured straight after we put them in so maybe i was jumping the gun abit as i said i just checked them now after driving for a few hours and they seem to have evened up a bit. Hopefully they become totally even.
Hey man so how do you like it.....????
cause im in the same predicament....i dunno whether to go
tanabe Coilovers VS Koni Yellows/Eibach Srpings....
Hey mate, Haven't had a really good chance to test them out only drove to work and home but i can definetly say that the handling around corners has improved and the car feels smoother on the freeway. Also the car is about 10mm lower than what it was with the lowered pedders springs. I'll write a more detailed review after i have had a chance to test them properly.
Cheers.
