Bugger mines is not even near enough to wing it. It seriously that long. I could put up with a 2-4 mm overhang but mines double that. Im not even going to attempt it. It would be amateur hour.

don't send it back -as it will cost you more than it is worth. Offer to send them as many photos as they like so they are satisfied it is not correct for this vehicle. I would definately continue down the paypal path -look at how many people return goods to delsa and never hear from them again. It is all in the negative feedback - flick through the pages. Dispute the transaction with paypal - that is the best way.

Mine is too short and the D/S tape is too thick for an elegant look. Buying from Delsa is indeed like a lottery. Talk about no quality control...

I am fairly confident the whole operation is run out of an apartment in Taiwan (check your packaging) - even though the ebay listing says item location as Canada.

When I left negative feedback saying I had received no response from them to my problems they replied promptly with "server issue - contacted buyer with resolution!" That ticked me off as they had not responded to any of my emails but told everyone on ebay they had sorted it out. To this very day they have not responded to the numerous emails and photos I sent them asking for a resolution.

I guess you get what you pay for and Delsa are cheap but I was left soured by the experience.

I hear good things about the Xenonspecialist product (no variance in product) but I don't think they ship to Australia

That sucks. I'm sure the experience left a bad taste in your mouth. I contacted Xenon too and they don't ship to Australia just like you said. From what i've read on the other forums Xenon sells a better product and has much better service. What a shame.
