just curious. Whats the quickest Street registered NA DC5R in Oz atm in terms of 1/4 mile times.

I dont think many go to the drags they seem to track them instead.

Mate I gotta say they don't wheelspin 3rd. Very low torque even with mods. Just over 200nm at last dyno run. That's less than a 2.0FSI Golf. Even with the dodgy retreads that my car had when I bought it, it didn't wheelspin 3rd. It'd only chirp now if I flat change hard (which I don't do).

during 3rd, it doesnt spin.. just the change over.. and my tyres arent bald.

my dynoed torque from bels is

287NM = MIN
357NM = MAX
314NM - AVE

How do you get to 8500? Fuel cut of DC5R is at 7900.

not sure? but before the mods it cutted out at 7900 but seems that it goes to 8.5 then cuts off.. i change at 8.3/8.4 if i drive hard.

but yeh im using stock

PS, i cant drive hard atm.. my header and exhaust have issues
