    94civic getting old?

Hay guys, i own a civic sedan 94 Vti, planning to boost it when i get my fulls.. but i was thinking, in 2years wen i can boost it, my car will be 15 years old, say i plan 2 keep it boosted for another 2 years when i plan to sell it, it will be 17 years old and by then i woulda spent over 12grand on it, (5 to buy, then at least 7 on mods [5 on turbo, 2 on other $h!t] ) not to mention all the rego insurance and just other things blablabla... so my question, do you guys think its really worth spending another 5g's or possibly more on a 15year old car? coz i can imagine when i come to sell it not many people will be interested in a 17 year old boosted car.. and btw in terms of condition and all that, for those that have seen my car they can tell u the exterior condition is immaculate...

well it wont be a GTR, but it will be unique, and that alone should attract some buyers to it.
    Current Performance Modifications to ED6:
not telling, but it involves a semi-quad carb setup, and lots and lots of compression.

it is NEVER worth spending money on cars... its a stupid investment

BUT we are all sick in the head and dont have the ability to see reason :-) cars are a passion which consume time and money, so if you like your car then do it dude.

You'll never get the money back thats for sure

    exactly.

unless u can accept that you will never get ur money back when u slap on a turbo then dont' do it.

If u got the cash to blow and money isn't a real issue
    then go for gold !

mate its never "worth it" to spend money on a car in a financial view. you do it for the personal satisfaction and enjoy you get from doing it... not to make money. The sooner you come to the fact that you will never get your money back from modifying a car the better. once you accept this you will enjoy modifying your car much more.. as you will never be worried about getting it back.
