Ignition switch? These are known to have a 'lifespan' on Hondas.

I had to do my switch as this happened.
Car stalled, it would crank if i held the ingnition to "start" though

If the car isnt cranking, then id say its something else. Or something else along with the IGN switch possibly.. When you switch the ignition to "ON" do you have any dash lights? Thats a quick giveaway.

Also, check your fuel filter as well as the pump. Although if your getting no fuel and no spark it sounds more likely to be an electrical issue to me.

Check your main PGMFI relay too, theres a DIY for it in the DIY section.

Did you check all your fuses? Not only the underhood fuses, but check all the fuses underdash too.

need more info, like what is it actually doing when your trying to start it.

Did you check the fuel pressure when you said there is no fuel to car?
Do you have electrcity to car?
Do you have fuel in car?

What was the last thing you did to the car?

When my ignition switch failed the car would crank fine, it would even start and the engine run while cranking (i.e. with the key held on 'start'), but as soon as I let go of the key (i.e. to 'ignition') it would die.

his car cranks over as well but it just doesn't start, theres electricity to the car there is fuel as well, but the fuel pump won't turn on.

Spot on, so did mine and i ended up killing my starter motor by doing it too much oops lol

When was the last time you checked the fuel filter on it?

in my ek the fuel pump fuse is under the dash
    check that

the wiring to the the new fuel pump might be exposed somewhere and is shortening out on the cars metal like mine was when i changed fuel pumps

timing belt doesnt need to be changed ..
timing belts are meshed with gears.
    its doubting belts will slip.
dont start changing things, cause youre gonna end up wasting money.
spend more time on diagnosis, and try everything possible and connected with the ignition/initial start up system.

engine cranks but doesnt start, so battery voltage, starter motor and ignition switch is fine.

just do it step by step and eliminate anything that is working.
