Idle Hunting 500 - 1800 once it warms up..

I get no codes thrown at me cause im using a PFC...

Ive tried disconnecting the IACV and makes no difference to ilde but when i unplug and replug it i can hear it make a noise...

I also unplugged and repluged my O2 sensor and it doesnt change idle at all..

I tested out my GFs Integra when i unplug her IACV her car idles low and rough unlike my...
But i cant get her O2 sensor unpluged as its real tight and i dont wanna damage it.....

My hand controler showsa 0.02 voltage for the O2 sensor...
    What voltage should it display???
And should it go up and down with the hunting idle if it wasnt O2 related???

This all just started straight after installing a skunk2 manifold...
I used new gaskets and used gasket sealer when the idle problem started (ipulled it all apart again)
