    Not sure if this works universally but when I hold the CD/AUX button for about 10 seconds the Temp and Audio/Clock display above the sat nav unit switches off. Holding it down again then switches it back on.

    Guys, this is the adapter i use so the DC5R or skunk2 knob can seamlessly match the shift boot...its a bit expensive for a bit of aluminium but its worth it

    dont know if it has been covered or not, as i wasnt going to read all 44 pages..
    but while revving the car in neutral (manual version) there seems to be an auto cut-off/redline point at 4500rpm..

    its normal for both manual and auto. because during neutral there isnt enough air going into the engine for the cams and to be going hard at that much rpm.
