Its been discussed already and the judges still stand by it.I thought the same as you as soon as I saw it.
To me that pic shows no creativity or skill but as they have said "the focus has to be on the subject" as in the car in this instance.
This is why I didn't enter myself,as I knew it would be a shitfight of opinions.
