Read the manual!!

It lights up because its doing a system check... then everything okay, it goes off. If it stays on, then it could be a error or fault somewhere. If no airbag it just lights up, and if the car was in some accident and some people remove the light and dont fix the air bag... so it dont lights up.

take it back to honda to fit them in, or someone who specialises in airbags.

I'm pretty sure your airbag sensors are located underneath your rear seat or in that area, your airbags work by g-force on how quick your car de-accelrates when an impact occurs.

2nd hand airbags don't work... They would be like 2nd hand condoms.

I've only seen 2nd hand seats with intact airbags. But do you want to replace the whole seat? Get the dealer to replace them for you. You need to reset or get a new airbag ECU as well.
