I would not recommend HKS exhaust for NA car.

TODA, Js racing, Amuse and T1R are the only four brands I would recommend.

Why dont you recommend HKS for NA car?

    Is there a reason why?

Why would you recommend those 4 brands? Is it because they are more expensive than other brands?

They have a bigger jdm wank factor?

    Please explain your statements.

I've driven s2k with full toda, amuse and Js racing exhaust...

    nice sound, deep tone,great gain.

Regarding T1R exhaust, my brother's mate is using it in USA. Also I read from US forum there are very good review about it. Sounds like 350z.

I had the amuse, there is no gain as you speak of. Just lighter, and louder.

I bought the HKS exhaust because it looked great, sounded damn awesome and was half the price of all the other exhausts.

If ur looking for any particular gains from simply changing your catback exhaust ur dreaming AND u should save ur money up for a SC or turbo kit.

Changing a cat back exhaust may add a few hp MAX, which you definately WON't feel. The feeling that u think ur going faster is prolly cos u SOUND like ur going faster. I bought the HKS exhaust and tested it against my other friend's s2k, no real change. Was I dissappointed??? No.... cos gawd damn it sounded great.

So dream on if u think buying an exhaust is going to make ur s2k light speed.

Hey guys, I've got the T16 63mm sparrow on my s2000. In regards to power, my butt dyno didn't register any increase performance, but I think the sound is really deep and smooth. I would highly recommend it to those considering T1R.

Another T1R happy customer.. I've had chat with AJ boss. He said all T1R full made in Japan and dyno proven. I love the T1R parts quality.

Dont run CAT if you wanna performance gain

Run Cat if you are afraid of EPA

just custom made CAT for your exhaust set up mate or get XFORCE

There is so little left on the table that you can't expect much from an exhaust.

"Dyno proven, website says so" just proves you're dealing with a disreputable company and gullibly accepting their marketing hype.

As for test pipes, yeah you can pick up a couple of hp and the fine is only $10K so go for it.
