Stock sussy FTWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
Come on guys keep it to pm!
I have the Civic Type R Hyper Rev and the four different "well known" tuners appear to use four different sussy setups.
Goes to show that not one is better than the other. Just what suits you particular set up....ie Shocks, suspension, brakes etc......
Mr Chi and Kongfu man just kiss and make up. Just agree to disagree

I am fairly certain that Chi does not want to come to Melbourne to have a fight, however if you would prefer to discuss, in person, your ideas regarding the tuning of Honda motor cars I am available at any future clubITR cruise you might care to attend. I think he only asks that you back up your comments with some sort of empirical evidence. If you do not do so you have no cause get butthurt when someone questions them.
Arbitrary comments have no place on a forum so you must present a sufficient argument for us to believe you, something beyond "This brand is mad tyte yo and you should buy it."

Also to contribute to the topic at hand any swaybar that fits an AUDM DC5 will fit an EP3R so look for reviews from DC5 owners. I personally like my stock sways, although I have considered removing my front sway bar, but they are only part of a complete suspension package so it is hard to evaluate a sway bar on its own.

is that for front and rear would you know?

Its both.
JDM DC5R is the same as EP3R and AUDM DC5R for the rear.
But front is different.

ahhh ok yeh the front shape is different, that's why so many people put the ep3r sway on with after market headers.
want to get rid of some of the understeer i have been getting so sourcing a rear dc5 sway will be a lot easier than an ep3 one.
thanks

Where is a few differnt way to get rid of the understeer,
e.g fitting 17 x 9 Front and 17 x 8 for the rear,
thats a popular mods in U.S for DC5.
btw, Neuspeed is a very good company to me and i belive they know thier stuff better then others company badged as " HONDA SPECIALIST " in the state... but anyway ..... To me Cusco is another decent company who makes alot of decent suspension parts, are they the best? I dont think so... atleast for our EP3R.....what about H&R? as far as I know H&R makes one of the best sway bar in the world....if i have to choose one, I would go for H&R all day long, so its really up to personal perference..
Having wheel to fit the SPOON brakes is not really the offset...is base on the " X-Factor " of the wheels, I got 42+ wheels on my car now it clear my SPOON monoblock by 2mm. So higher offset DOES NOT MEAN IT WONT CLEAR SPOON BRAKES.
I have seen some wheel in lower offset 30+ with a very small xfactor ( deep dish ) it wont even clear the S15 stock small 4 pot.
anyway...just my 2 cents....

Good point......and all depends what you want from ur sway too.....some ppl reckon 25mm is overkill but if you dun run it on track then no point to get a thicker sway anywayz.......but for track its all depends on how you setup ur footwork and different alingment setup as well......thicker sway not equal to better handling......I use cusco both front and rear and I think it matches my mono flex with my alingment setup well....but its just me......

i run the car on the track so that's why I am wanting to upgrade sway bars. The ep3 comes with a 22mm factory rear sway and H&R make a 22mm one as an upgrade as the u.s civic and ukdm ep3 come with 18mm factory sway so no point to get one. the front is a lot thicker as H&R make a 27mm as opposed to factory 22mm but i want to get rid of understeer.
The other option i am thinking is to get a 27mm front sway from H&R/Cusco/Neuspeed and get a 25mm rear one from cusco(dc5r sway same fitment). Only problem i can think of is if H&R designed their bar on the u.s civic/ukdm ep3 meaning it will have an issue clearing aftermarket headers?
