SS good for daily +mild track work also cheaper price. Mono Flex spring rate higher, thus firmer than SS capable more track works. What you really after?
Yeah depends what you really want from them. SS if you not interested in circuit. Monoflex if you planning on tracking the car. Also SS is single perch height adjust. At least with the monoflex you get dual adjust.. Also mono got microspeedvalve
