i do light track atm but will do more later on but don't want to spend and get SS then realise should have gotten mono.

What do you mean by single perch height adjust compared to dual? mono only allows a max of 15mm drop at rear compared to SS which is like 25mm, that's not an issue though for me as not looking to really lower it or anything.

See how the height is adjusted with the SS.There is only one set of locking perches

Now see with the mono the height adjustment is independent of the spring perch

Since you said you track already and maybe more later on then the Mono would be the better option.
SS are marketed as the name suggests, being great for daily driving with height adjustment and not too harsh.
Most people say the SS spring rates are too soft for track work.

See if you can ride in a car with each coilover and see which you prefer.

Also hopefully someone on here has first hand experience with them to give more feedback.

If $$ is not the main issue for you atm, go for mono flex you will benefit later on

I had ss on my DC2R, I was very happy with them, car was mainly street driven, couple of times I went to track and I think they performed well (much better than my driving skills hehe), I found them very good for my needs so yeah.
