    How many PQ do I have to "Spread around" before I can give to the same person?

    Wanted to give PQ to someone but can't... but I noticed this person has given me 3 in a relatively short timeframe...

    I know it has to be regulated but some people do post some real good info and i kinda feel bad that i can't rep them for an even better post then i previously repped them for....

    He has pm'd me previously in the past for rep points as well.

    I have another complaint in regards to kongfu.

    He is constantly spamming the forums with incorrect advice in the technical threads in order to gain rep points.

    Even when he has been told he is wrong time and time again.
