    its a different part because of the washers only. the lip should fit. from the looks of it it should fit finely. if its a whole bumper change then you gotta mod the washers in.

    the problem with 06 lip kit is you need to cut out your oem fogs and reposition it with hangers into the lip, i still dont understand how thats supposed to work like does the lip just sit on the bumper? sounds crappy if it does.

    the front lip uses torx screw i think, to hold it onto the body.

    That side skirt on that pic is part of the modulo kit. You saying you have the modulo kit but not that side skirt?
