because bodykits not effecting your driving. but wheel, steering wheel, brakes modification will effect your driving (handling).
my fren change the aftermarket steering wheel (smaller) and didn't disclose to NRMA, they refused to cover the whole claims, because they said the small steering wheel, make your car hard to handle to drive, and bla..bla..bla...
The main problem is at one stage NRMA said will cover as long you declared, and at the other point, the said, they will not cover any illegal mods.

Alpine CDE-9882Ri Headunit
Alpine MRP-M650 V-Power Amp
Alpine SBR-S122V 12 inch Type R SUB in original box
Angle brackets mounted around the Sub to avoid moment (as those non slip mats dont do the job)
(i think it makes it legal now as i heard RTA rules say the sub needs to be mounted to the car)
might be getting type r splits soon..
Lets see what you guys think.
nice setup love the sound quality of ALPINE

you can hook up bluetooth/aux to it but u need to buy that seperate.
you add module to makes your steering wheel audio control compactible with your aftermarket HU.

dmx, does this mean that I cant just "plug and play" an aftermarket D-Din HU and hope that the steering wheel audio control on my civic sports will work?

how does it sound?
if you havnt connected it up because u havnt got a new head unit.. wasnt the smart move to buy the head unit first??
Hahaha warwick, you do have a good point there...
But i had to buy an alpine filter which i got them to throw it in for 20 bucks along with my 400 dollar discount.
The filter taps into the rear speakers and then the amp is plugged into the filter with has a RCA (aux) out.
Sounds good but i think if i had a head unit it will sound better.
I think its pumping at 50% potential right now.... dont get my wrong my car still shakes but still i think it has more potential as i put it in my cousin's car and it pumps.... but then again he has type r and s splits.

oh i get it.. for white its huge both front and back
but for black euro its big for the back.. whereas the front is smaller than a standard number plate.
i guess the rta finally figured it was too big for the front
