    hi eght,

you had the same problem as me. I thought 262 could straight bolt on to my existing GLi brakes. If you searched, there was a thread on it - brake upgrade

anyway, the "missing" piece is ...you have to get the whole "knuckle", that includes the hub, rotors, calipers, bracket and what nots.

see if that works out for u.

    Chock
    that is quite abunai....

I got 262mm rotors, dc2 gsi knuckles, calipers and hub setup in my EG5 Si which came with 240mm rotors originally.

so you'll need the knuckles and hubs to complete the set.

    EG30,

its pretty hard to get the hubs and the knuckles w/o the rotors and calipers
    Agree?

sell the 262 or keep it the new one required machine-ing

    to the OP

as stated you need new knuckles - why? Because the 2 mounting holes for the caliper behind are slightly further apart for the 262 and also 282mm brake setups.

you can use the knuckle , disc and calipers off

    eg6 , ek4 , 99+ek1 , em1 , dc2 and dc4.
all the above came with the same knuckle and same 262mm setup.
just remember to get front brake pads to suit the CALIPER (for example ek4 caliper needs ek4 pads) - the pads are slightly different model to model.

surely you can source what you need ie the missing part off this forum ie WTB section or one of many Honda wreckers in the eastern states. Cant see the point getting rid off your bits and then buy a complete package somewhere.
