Toggle as in they are both hooked up to the stock speakers. When I want gps or media/video playback I use the yum-cha. When I want audio I switch the stock deck/ipod on.
Planning to get one of those ipod/aux adapter and output the 7" all-in-one to the stock deck. As the 7" doesnt have much power.
GPS software, it runs Windows CE 5. So any gps software that runs on CE 5 will be fine. They only provided me a demo version so I had to source my own. I run Tomtom 6 on mine.
All I wanted from the HU is xvid/divx playback and GPS. The rest is pretty crap. Bluetooth is crap. It has a TV tuner, but I didnt bother with an antenna because it's only analog and it will have crappy reception anyways.
Not sure if they have upgraded the firmware on it. But playback doesnt resume on files, but it does on DVD. But it's yum-cha, you get what you pay for. haha.
If your an enthusiast or a brand-wh0re don't get these "made in china" stuff.
It's a decent unit, but not the best or great. It does the job for what I need it.
