Toggle as in they are both hooked up to the stock speakers. When I want gps or media/video playback I use the yum-cha. When I want audio I switch the stock deck/ipod on.

Planning to get one of those ipod/aux adapter and output the 7" all-in-one to the stock deck. As the 7" doesnt have much power.

GPS software, it runs Windows CE 5. So any gps software that runs on CE 5 will be fine. They only provided me a demo version so I had to source my own. I run Tomtom 6 on mine.

All I wanted from the HU is xvid/divx playback and GPS. The rest is pretty crap. Bluetooth is crap. It has a TV tuner, but I didnt bother with an antenna because it's only analog and it will have crappy reception anyways.

Not sure if they have upgraded the firmware on it. But playback doesnt resume on files, but it does on DVD. But it's yum-cha, you get what you pay for. haha.

If your an enthusiast or a brand-wh0re don't get these "made in china" stuff.

It's a decent unit, but not the best or great. It does the job for what I need it.

How much was it and where did you buy it from? looks like decent value. I only want the GPS ( TOM TOM) and media playback also. Any trouble getting it to fit the storage box?
I went to the modded XR5 Turbo with Mods - the dark side.....BOOOOST!

It fits with the double din kit, but the face is slightly taller than the hole on the double din. See picture below. See how the bottom of the face hits the fascia? You have to tilt/open the screen to put in the facsia. I was going to write a review on this yum-cha and diy on the install, but i cbf atm.

I bought it direct. I have a contact at Viewtech.

screen tilts fine. botton of the screen moves forward/down and the top goes back/down just like the other double din hu's.

With that 3D map, I think unfortunately you will find that in Australia they haven't actually got the buildings mapped out in 3D and that the feature is largely useless.

From the picture that looks identical to the interface that ASUS uses on its R700 portable GPS but the 3D maps with buildings etc. aren't available in Australia. Works very well in Europe and the US from what I've read, but Australia not so much. Hope the unit does the job for you though
