    i was curious if neone knows, would a fd2r front bumper fit smack bang onto a fd1? like direct swap, or would the fender or nething else needs to be changed as well etc, etc.

    yeah u need to change both front fenders/guards i think the lights are different size too

    like NNY991 said, not ft, fd2r bumper is 2cm wider. you better get replica type-r bodykit to direct bolt on.
    FYI. rumour 1 : next year, all bodykit will be available from civicdrm.co.nr, mugen RR, type-R, mugen, ings, wald, bonex, etc. but u better re-confirm with them.

    rumour 2 : also next year, the FASTEST civic in the world (sports modulo Type-R)'s parts/accesories also available from them


    and the other interesting news is NEW style of angel eyes for civic also available, Audi style



    but if our AUD still hang around 0.65, all of you must be ready $$$

    Ducktails have been popular for a long time mate... it was a E46 M3 that started the ducktail trend. E46 3-series owners started following it and it spread really quick.

    yupe, before only M3 and spread only to 3-series. but now nearly all perfomance cars (with re-fined ducktail model). Type-R modulo also following the trend

    just change the spring, i recommended coilover suspension for this car,

    I recall the 5th gen civic sedan had a ducktail spoiler as an option in Singapore. That was in '92 or '93 when I bought two civics ( a 3 dr hatch and a sedan). So it at least pre-dates the E46
