    Need Advice on Springs

Hi I am looking to change sussy setup, my front drivers side spring is making a funny noise not sure what it could be the springs have been resized to raise the car due to it being too low.

Also I recently put a rear sway bar on it handles better, but the front has started to skip out is this normal?
(Front sway bar 22mm & Rear sway bar 14mm)

Changing to either adjustable shocks and allspring springs or just going to go coilovers.

Has anyone got a good setup of adjustable shocks and springs and what was the cost is more then just purchasing coilovers?

as far as i know king springs will actually do custom springs if you ask
i.e. request a spring rate and height

The rear just shocks have been changed like 3 months ago. The front seems really easy to push down. But jimmy you have seen how low the car is at the front I raised the front this yr.

Are the front shocks hard to change?
