get what you won't regret later on. Our opinions shouldn't influence your decision cos at the end of the day it's your car, your money that your forking out.
If i were in your position i'd research over all running cost to see if i could afford it (including insurance cost and petrol cost). If you were looking at the n/a s15 i wouldn't buy it knowing that i would've regretted it later on for not waiting to get a turbo one instead.
His looking to a DC5R or S15 for a first car, petrol money prob isnt an issue.
hey ya'll. about to get ma first car and just wonderin which one i should get. DC5R or an S15 Autech (and yes i do realise this site is for honda nuts im just wonderin which will be a better to get)
just got on ma red p's and im located in NSW
appreciate the input. this aint ma first car, ive had an xcel for three months and now that ive saved enough, it time for a new car
confused, 1st or 2nd...
Anyways, another plus for getting a DC5R is that the 200sx has a bad record of accidents and so insurance cost tends to be higher.
dude honestly s15's are nice but without turbo they aint that fun i can tell you that much.
dc5r, alot of nissan owners dont know the amount of power they can pull so they udnerestimate it, i would get the dc5r over the non turbo s15, more power, more comfort, more worth your dollar.
