that trade in figure was based on the retail price, you can never take on road costs into consideration - eg: stamp duty & dealer deilivery is immediately lost

45K drive away CU2 manual luxury with mats , Ipod adapter ,tinting ,5 years warranty and road assist. Not to flash until you factor in 21k trade in on 2003 2.5 Subaru Outback with 90,000Ks. This was done in October. I guess it wasn't to bad.
Glad I got the Manual no pinging here . Delivered in 2 weeks as well.
    Whata you guys think.

I ordered a CU2 Luxury Navi manual in late August and paid $44,500- on the road including floor mats. Four months later and the car is still not here and still don't have a 100% confirmed delivery date.... (But the rumour is early January now)

I heard manual CU2 took much longer as they usually shipped mainly automatics in bulk. Thats what i heard about the people in the states anyways.

We got our CU2 auto lux with sat nav (mats, tint, warranty, duckbill spoiler, colour coded mud flaps, boot tray) for 45k drive away and had it was available for pick up within 2 weeks ...still prefer driving the cl9 though!

I think why you have to wait so long is because you ordered the nav model.

You are correct. The manual is a special order and Honda don't hold any stock of the Navi manual in Australia.

^^^ That fact indicates that manual lux navi's are not in demand and so will not have a good resale value.

That could also work in your favour come trade in time,as so few were brought into the country when new, particularly if you sell it privately.

^^ Maybe. More likely it wasn't popular originally and so it won't be popular come selling time. It's much harder to sell unique stuff.

Less competition come time to sell. Depending on this auto/ping problem, manual is going to be valued much higher than the auto.....
