I would agree with m0nty ITR with respect to car brokers in my limited experience.

When buying my Euro (was 3 years ago) tried a couple of brokers and they quoted me nothing special at all (and one seemed to be pi**ed off he had couldn't close the deal in one call). Was able to get a far better deal by simple negotiation with the dealer direct.

The impression I formed was that Honda don't do fleet discounts, versus Toyota, Holden etc. do.
