I bought a drill for making holes (the kit came with screws). The rubber beating assuming you mean the black/red plastic strips, yea you peal off the red bit and stick that on the top edges of the kits, put it this way, when it rains the water will flow nicely on the plastic strips then to the body kit, hope you understand wat i mean.

You're right, peal off the red bit and the sticky side to the kit, inside panel of the kit to be precise. Put it this way, the "Y" shaped plastic strip is up side down and wrap over the edge of the kit (see my picture).
A truely great shop there, people are nice and helpful! They really should get more kits for the FD...

I gave them the colour code of the car (black), they painted the whole kit for me. They used glossy dark grey for the lower section of the rear bumper.

Kit $400, painted (at same place) $330
The rear bumper is actually pained in two colours

that's really neat! great price for the kits and painting as well. painting looks good - dig the shine on the front lip and love that paint on the lower/"diffuser" part of the rear lip. that paint job looks a bang for your 330 bucks!
i bought my kit from the same seller and i received it yesterday - that seller sends the stuff real fast! unfortunately i was not offered painting services by the seller. =( i'll probably DIY paint it.
great job mate - DIY install ftw!
