can someone suggest me tyres brand that will fit FN2r rims? I will be using the car just for street use... not on track or anything like that. where can i get good price for typres in melbourne?? how much am i looking at? I saw on k mart catalog.. 17" are 200+ already!!

i guess you need to clean the rims to remove dirt and grime, sand down the rim with sandpaper so the paint will stick, start with something rough then finish with something fine so it will have a smooth finish.

cover the tyre with newspaper or something so that you dont spray your tyres white...

chuck some primer on, can be ne colour, since your doing it white, maybe choose grey as the primer colour so when you do the colour coat, you can see which area you have missed or what not.

wait till that dries, spray on your colour of choice, wait till that dries, spray on some clearcoat if you wish. 2 coats for each step should be sufficient.

OR... just buy someones white ep3r rims and transfer the tread from your current rims and sell off the fd2 rims =D

Any sort of tyre brand can suit any rim. It all depends on what profile you want. If its 17" then your more than likely gonna go for 215/40/17. I wouldn't get anything under $400 a set but thats just IMO

That woulda been me although that was 80.8Kw at the wheels (Stock). Also was on dyno-dynamics dyno

which fd rims are you talking about? just keep it and get another rims, so when you sell the car you still can use the original rims back.

i thought you said you would get rims from overseas
