I'd just keep the FD2 rims and buy the EP3 rims. Cause down the track when you sell the car, I'd be better in stock trim. Cause you'll never get more money for modded parts, somtimes less.

Unfortunately resale for car parts is always based on supply and demand and not the true worth of the item

hmm, dont think i could sell it in stock though, seeing as ive got the mugen kit on =/.. lol. and it won't be coming off easily i dont think =.=... so in saying that, do you think its not worth a swap? or still better to keep the fd2 rims =/.

main issue is though, if i BUY the ep3 rims, they'd be around the same price as another set of rims i've been interested in, but in 18 as opposed to 17 inch.. soo i dunno.. kinda just looking for a trade atm i guess.. unless i can sell the fd2 rims

a month ago i got my mounts replaced cause the old ones were bugger, so i replace them with some used oem jdm dc5r ones in good condition [ prob same as ep3 ones] but the amount of stress the motor puts on these wasnt enough and now its up to where im gonna have to get aftermarket mounts rather then just getting another set of oem and have them shit themselves on me again

guys need some opinions on how the reliable and ride [rough to soft] is with hasport/innovative/avid mounts?

i no a few other ep3 members have replaced there mounts also from this problem

yeah any feedback would b awesome fellas. Im looking for some stiffer mounts for my car atm but im leaning more towards mugen mounts because they wont b as stiff as the rest because im scared of stiffer mounts making weird unwanted noises lol

I dont think hasport actually make mounts for the EP3.

Innovative 60A is the go....if you really aftermarket mounts. However, it does still vibrate through the car.

If you do alot of tracking and drags then the 70 is for you. Either AVID or Innovative.

I've had the avids, awesome mounts.....but its is harsh. It makes the car vibrate and you can feel it alot, I dropped 0.2 second on the 1/4 mile

Steve, I wouldnt bother with the mugen/spoon ones. They're not that much better than stock.

IMO if you car is 99% street, urathane the OEM or get the inserts. This will keep the car almost stock.

I was told by the guy that bought my AVIDS that the mugen ones were shit cause he broke them and thought them were a complete waste of money, considering you can buy a set of inno/avid for same price.

If you look at it logically, the spoon/mugen ones are opened design giving the mounts movement, therefore could and will still break when pushed.

Dont flame me, I'm not baggin mugen, its not my opinion, just what I've been told
