    Problem no.1.Sounds like the electric steering.Other CU2 owners here had the same or similar problem.It seems to improve(or you get used to it)over time.Bear in mind i have a CL9 so my opinion is based on feed back from other CU2 owners.
    No.2.First have the rear wheel that was scratched run up on a wheel balancer and see it's out of balance or damaged due to you hitting the kerb.If all is good then get a 4 wheel alignment to check it's all within spec.Forgot to mention check tyre pressures on all 4 wheels.
