I've been to several honda dealers for purchases and never had issues.

I think they didn't return your call because they thought you were a c0ck, which you sound like at the moment on the forums.

My post was a generalisation on my experience from Honda and i wanted to see what others experiences are, and u wanna be a tool about it. Yea, it seems to be the trend that Honda up here in Brisbane isn't very good with their support. What you guys say about the good support Honda has down NSW and VIC is impressive tho, good shit.

Here in Brisbane at least (and this isn't just for Honda), unless your car is new or still under warranty, they don't care about you.

I always have, and always will take my car to a specialist.

I have just read my post, and i am sorry, i realised i should have illiterated. I have only had dealings with the Honda dealerships up here in Brisbane, due to my location. I wasnt attempting to make a generalisation on Honda Australia wide, due to the fact that i havent dealt with any of the dealerships outside of Brisbane, so why would i do that? Simply venting due to the situation up here with the way Brisbane dealerships dont want to know your car when it is out of warranty. Yea i worded my post post way wrong, so i'll take that and the critics on the chin. Sorry boys, i should chill, crack a beer and keep my opinions to myself in future.

taking ur car to dealerships are no different to taking ur car to any other mechanics, there's good, there's bad. price is generally more expensive at honda.

Had the car serviced at Northside Honda (Sandgate Road, Nundah), and service, price etc was crap.

Had my previous car (Seat Ibiza GTi) Serviced at Austral VW (Seat is basically a VW) and it was even worse. I never had my Honda serviced at Austral Honda, but the price wasn't any better then Northside Honda.

yeh well having three hondas in the family we take all our cars together and get a good deal. Last time though with highway they wanted 300 more than bayside to do a certain job. We became good friends with a service manager who was at highway and now hes at bayside honda so he looks after us . I cant complain
