You guys have convinced me. I have contacted suppliers about coilovers as this way i can adjust the height and damping settings.

    So far Pedders quoted $1800.00
I am waiting pricing for K-Sport and Tein SS from the suppliers.

wouldn't go that low of an offset to be honest.

junyu had airrunners so was easy for him to clear guards but for coilovers i wouldn't go less than +40

what sort of gap do you plan on running from guard to tyre surface?

so with coilovers, how low can i drop so it wont rub my rear guards?

if your running his offset maybe 1-1.5" without scrub...can't remember the gap distance with 17" on.

what tyre profile is he running? 45?

i am giving a random stab, on stock with stockies 17" the stock bridgestones RE040 which if you were on stock suspension would have at least 3" gap from tyre surface to the guards...

so if you were to run that offset as you stated i wouldn't put it any less than 1" gap cause one slight bump and your tyre will end up cracking your guards.
