mugen badge on the rear (should have gotten 2) placed then on the side of the rear wing or just inline with A column (windscreen on the front door)

Type R doesn't suit imo and if so you'd better of have gotten 2 and put it rear passenger door near the skirts.

In result - if you have spent that much money on badges you should have just bought an air intake instead to help increase power than r1ce.

you need performance mods to make up for all those badges/stickers you put on otherwise it's not ballsey...
like i said i already took fotos of my car, then i used fotoshop and added the stuff i was gunna put. the current positioning ended up looking the most decent. the wing thing i didnt do, cause u cant see it unless u STANDING next to the car. the whole point was so drivers can see it.

with the type r, i was actually looking for EUro R badges (cheaply) but cudnt find any, the guy selling the stickers had type r for $10, so i thought why not. plus i thought it was hilarious to put a type r on a euro.

also i thought about the type r on the side, but it was way too small. i saw some other guy do it to his car, but his badge was really big and visible far away. it looked nice

didnt cost me that much overal really.

might also be a good idea to learn to drive properly and carefully (i read about your sideskirt thread...)

    still, your car, your style
transformers 2 is released June 2009...3 months away.
transformers the original series was released over a decade ago, before i was born, whats wrong with being a fan of it
ppl still like the beatles and elvis. should they get over it too?
ww1 ww2 was over 60 years ago, its time people got over it?

its not about age. its my first car, im excited and wanna do stuff with it. i know when i get my second car, its gunna be kept clean and shiny, and im gunna seal it in bubble wrap every night. but for now im going all out.

i drive fine, but some people cant engineer car ramps for shizz. plus i wasnt even driving, more like rolling at 2km/h

my car my style. the only thing i agree with

    thanks,
im not a ricer and im growing more and more enthusiastic about my car by the day. up until this month, ive been into computers, now im into cars. but when i first got into computers, i did all this crazy shizz to my compuiters too. but now its all about cleanilness, power and efficiency.

my car has a nice ass, and i just decided to tattoo that ass with temporary tattoos

the idea was aimed at being funny, making people see the humour behind it, cheap, and most important of all, TEMPORARY
if you cant see the humour behind it, maybe u shud stop being so uptight and try to, instead of flaming. god i thought this forum was full of nice people.

If the idea was aimed at being funny I think you might have missed the mark, but that's not to say you don't deserve the car. You kill your car quicker by swapping to a higher flowing filter, revving higher and launching harder than you do by putting stickers on it. For all we know (apart from the accident) you drive the car like a saint, are completely on schedule with services and you do all you can for your car. If you do that it's very likely your car will outlive most of ours that see the track and get driven hard. Yet still people say you don't deserve the car... I don't understand.

Still, I would take Darren's advice and reprioritise. Plan what you want to do and work towards it. If you want performance, save for performance. If you want looks, save for looks. Even if they didn't cost a lot, those stickers set you back from buying a real, proper part for the car. If you don't want to modify that's fine too, but accept that if it's not modified that Mugen and Type R badges don't belong on it.

i actually drive carefully. all my "accidents" happen when im moving at less than 5kmph and in parking lots lol

i am planning it. just having a bit of fun. the stickers srsly didnt set me back anything at all.
im planning for asthetics only. my cars never gunna see the track so i cudnt care less about performce. if ppl are so uptight about me not having any real mugen caps, any1 wanna sell me an oilcap? lol its prob gunna cost more than the stickers haha.

but in terms of the humour, the whole point is that ppl dont like it. purposely did something i knew nobody would ever do, but upon seeing it, the shock/surprise is almost humouros. just like how someobody decided to link this to another forum. thats the reaction i was looking for.

I see the funny side of it.

    I'm laughing. at the stickers.

because they remind me of the cars I see back in Singapore. tonnes of stickers. some of them don't even match (Mugen Power on a Mitsubishi, anyone?)

seriously. my mantra is... your car, your own personal preference. if you can live with the consequences of doing such a thing to your car (ie, people laughing at you online and in real life), and you don't feel depressed/suicidal about it, then go ahead. ultimately, it's your car and your wallet, not ours.

I think you are handling the deluge of hate from existing members quite well. Kudos to you I say

Rain , hail or shine, do whatever makes you happy But make sure you are able to fix it if you change your mind (i.e. take the stickers off without ruining anything).

Say whatever you want about Holdens but not Fords
