Depending on your RSP results I might consider swapping to that too

Is your stock redline really 7400rpm? 'Cause mine is 7200rpm, did they change it in the 06+??

If they did you reckon it would be worth swapping a pre-06' ecu into my car to get that extra 200rpm out of the RBC's flow??

they mustve changed it then if yours is only 7200... i think the TSX only goes to 7200 aswell...?

Btw after pulling the batts out after putting the greddy e ult in the car feels alot smoother;
Otherwise it might just be me and feeling bullsh1t effects but feels like it picks up alot better.

Any ideas on where to locate it? the harness wiring is bloody thick as can't tuck it.

yeah im stumped where to put mine aswell, possibly behind th glove box? or under it against the firewall?

did you get a CEL?

did you leave your vtec engagement on what i set it at?

I haven't checked yet.
I was in a rush to go for inspections on places to buy so i was lucky enough to stick it in.

Got there and tried to park next to the railway line rear to kerb parking and ended up scrapping so i moved to another spot and missed the inspection.

Surprisingly i didn't get any CEL. yes i left it to what you already had it set. You can feel it pull at the 5400 mark but can't hear it as loud also when you reach the 6k mark you feel it pull again more noticeably.

I am not sure whether the fuel made a difference in the smoothness but it sure feels like it since last tank i used was Vortex 98 and now is BP ult.

Anyhow if i don't talk to you this week i'll see you @ TODA on Saturday btw PM me or SMS the time your rocking up there and i'll turn up there the same time.

yay! my jumper settings worked! lol

yeah im not sure whether its the stock ecu adjusting for vtec or a vtc change, but with the 5400 vtec theres still a lil kick at 6000rpm... its pretty cool, like gradual two stage vtec lol
