am currently running Yokohama AVS DBs (AVS 550s) right now. they ran quite quietly when they were new, but now that I've got about 40% grip left, it's beginning to sound like the stock tyres when new.

any recommendations? I'm not a sucker for quiet tyres, but am particular when it comes to wet grip... I liked the old Yokohama ES100s... gripped like no tomorrow even when driving through a monsoonal downpour.
If you want tyres with excellent wet grip and you can afford the$$$get the Continental Sport Contact 3s.i've got them and they are the best allround tyre IMO.BUT.Not cheap.
