i guess you don't have the factory ballast etc?

if not then probably an aftermarket H4? how did you wire up from oem plug to your new ballast? i guess this is the biggest problem, as wiring from ballast to bulb should be straight forward.

i dont have the factory ballast and it only come with the h4 philips normal h4 55w globe. yes its straight forward to plug the hardness but the low beam from my aftermarket just not working but the high beam works,. thats all the story..

ok so how did they convert from OEM HID plug to normal H4?

did they cut the OEM plug off or just tap into it?

i can see the tape wrapped before the harness(plug), so i think they cut it before

Phil...they cut the original loom and modify it to fit std H4's.

ITRDC2...OK, are you talking about the rubber boot which sits behind the globe?? To fit the HID, cut a slit at the bottom of the boot downwards about 1 inch. Then you should be able to squeeze it past the HID globe.

Most HID kits have a direct fit H4 male plug, so you just stick it into the existing female plug from the car.

my complicance guy used wires and male pin to tab into OEM HL plug. so i could just pull the wires out and plug in straight to the OEM ballast....
