lol back in 2nd yr uni there werent too many around mac
last time i went there ... soooooooooooo many around
one time i parked there were 3 black fd's in a row and i parked mine next to them XD
just wondering if the fd2r replica kits make the car just as low as the fd mugen kit?
still tossing up which i should get... hmm and did u claim it on insurance?
it would all depend on what material their made out of, if their both made out of say ABS plastic... id say the mugen kit is heavier (since it adds on to the stock bumpers).. but yeah.. not much difference i reckon
for the FD2R kit (made of PU) with 18" rims and 225/40 tyres and with stock oem suspension height.. clearance from the lowest point to the ground is around 17cm
just recently lowered the car and the clearance is now 12~13cm... im scrapping abit on the underside wheel guards when i go over bumps fast and steep hill dips... overall, on the straight the ride is firm and noticeably more comfortable than stock (this is the tanabe sustec pro-nf)
yeah on my mugen lip kit - lowest point to the ground is 16cm. mine is still at stock height with the stock 17x7 FD2 rims. - will be getting 18" rims at end of year and dropping it 2" on springs.
