Ok; then for example why not run on a front wheel drive; a front splitter; and a cold air intake just behind it; (behind the bumper) so you're getting cold intake from the force that you're driving forward with?

to much drag? or is this just a stupid idea?

this is called a "ram intake" and is used esp in bikes. you'll get a positive pressure depending on your speed...and then some sort of pressure loss in your intake system.
